The organic matter, for its high theoretical capacity, abundant sources and good eco-friendly performance when been used as lithium battery cathode materials, has drawn great attention in recent years. The present work has summarized the research progress of oxy-organics used as lithium storage batterage cathode materials, concluded the structural characteristics and electrochemical properties of materials like quinones,acid anhydride,nitrocompound, etc, compared various materials for advantage and problems and given a periscopical opinion on the researchdirection of this kind of materials.

Theory of organic compound for lithium battery Cathode Material with high capacity, raw materials, and environmental friendly advantages, concern in recent years. This article provides an overview of Oxygen - containing organic compounds as Lithium Secondary Battery anode material progress, outlines of quinones, anhydride and structure and Electrochemical performance of Nitro compound materials, comparative advantages and disadvantages of various materials ; prospect of the material research.

As a cathode material of lithium battery, organic compound has several advantages over the other materials, such as high theoretical specific capacity, rich raw materials, and environmental friendly. Therefore, it attracts more and more research interests recently.

As a positive electrode materials of lithium battery, organic compounds have advantages of  highly theoretical capacity, abundant sources and environment friendly. which has received a great of attention in recent years, this article has reviwed the research progress of containing oxygen organic compounds as lithium secondary battery positive electrode material, summarized the structural characteristics and electrochemical properties of materials like quinones,acid anhydride,nitrocompound, etc. compared advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of  materials, and then anticipated the research direction of this type of  materials

Recently organic compounds have been intensively investigated as positive electrode materials of lithium battery due to their high theoretical specific capacity, rich raw materials, and environmental friendliness. The present work has reviewed the research progress of oxy-organics used as lithium storage batterage cathode materials, surmmarized the structural characteristics and electrochemical properties of materials like quinones,acid anhydride,nitrocompound, etc, discussed various materials for advantage and problems and given a future opinion on the research direction of this kind of materials.
