大家好，我12号就要在北京进行签证了，下面是我准备的J1的 checklist， 请各位虫友帮我看一下， 看看有什么遗漏地方吗？ 谢谢啊 谢谢 My Checklist: 1. Basic Documents: 1) 2019 form 2) ds160 print page 3) visa fee receit 4) sevis fee receit print page 5) passport 6) 51mm X 51mm color photos 2. Visiting Related Documents 1) Note 2) Invitation letter from the department(plus email explanation by secretary for scanned version) 3) CV of American professor and his publications 4) Web page print of American professor 5) Research & return plan signed by both professors 6) My english CV and publication list 7) English CV of domestic professor and his publiactions 8) Recent email conversations 3. Financial Support&Other Offical Documents 1) CSC scholarship certification 2) Our institute financial support certification 3) Student Status Certification 4) Hukou Card 5) Notarial deed about Agreement for study abroad for CSC sponsored Chinese Citizens(协议 6）Certificate of health examination （optional） 7）International Certificate of vaccination (optional) 4.Certificates and Diplomas 1) Bachelor Diploma(En and Ch) 2) Graduation Certification (En and Ch) 3) Master Degree (EN and CH) 4) Transcripts(undergraduate & graduate) 5) Awards(undergraduate & graduate) 6) English Band-6 7) GRE Score 8) my papers & abstract of master thesis [ Last edited by lywang2008 on 2010-7-11 at 12:12 ] |
