可精确优化各零件之间寿命匹配性和整体刚度。精度和完全基于有限元的优化结果非常接近。完全基于有限元的优化至少需要数月的时间才能完成,但利用MASTA最多只需要半小时就可以完成。
Various parts can be accurately optimized by matching and the overall stiffness. The result is proximal to the one based on finite element optimization. It takes at least several months to complete the optimization based on finite element entirely, while only half an hour through MASTA software.

行星齿轮系最大的技术难点是行星齿轮之间的均载问题。利用SMT本设计技术,不需要太阳轮和齿圈浮动,也不需要提高制造和装配精度,就可达到行星齿轮之间载荷均匀分配的目的。
The most difficult problem for planetary gear train is the load sharing among planetary gears. Using the designing technology of SMT, without float solar wheel and gear ring as well as improving accuracy of manufacturing and assembling, homogenized load distribution among Planetary gears can be achieved.

目前风电齿轮箱的设计方案都没有有效地将风叶的弯矩,颠覆力矩等对齿轮箱有害的力和力矩在齿轮箱输入端之前过滤掉。另外再掺入行星齿轮之间载荷不均问题,使得外力和内力两种问题交织在一起,解决起来十分棘手。目前常用的对策是在齿轮箱内部采用至少两类浮动零件以使各零件自动找到相对最佳的位置。但这种对策需要在大量实验基础上总结出相应的关键经验,否则浮动件和固定件之间相对运动会导致过分的磨损,浮动件本身也会导致过大的振动与噪音。
At present, none of the wind gear box designing scheme can filter the moment, subversion torque and other harmful forces and moments before the gear box input terminal. In addition, the load imbalance among the planetary gears makes external and internal forces interleaving, therefore it is very difficult to solve. The common solution is: using at least two types of internal gearbox components to enable the various floating parts automatically find the best relative position. But this method need to summary corresponding key experiences based on a large number of experiments, otherwise relative movements between the floating and fixed parts will result in wearing, also vibration and noise will appear on floating parts.
