LANGMUIR的COVER LETTER怎么这么难写？ 已有14人参与

文章悲剧三次了，这次老板又让投langmuir，虽然没自信，但是还得改！发现COVER LETTER的要求这么多，尤其是我这种！要求如下：If the manuscript was previously submitted to any other ACS journal, or non ACS journal provide the name of the journal, the manuscript number, an explanation of the basis for the rejection, and a statement granting Langmuir permission to obtain the editor’s decision letter and reviews for the rejected manuscript. Also indicate if the newly submitted manuscript has been revised based on the previous reviews. If so, provide a detailed response to each reviewers’ comments. 意思就是我还得把每次被拒之后审稿人意见，以及怎么改的一一罗列，那可麻烦了吧！这可怎么写啊！！！ 求有类似经验的虫虫指导！！ |
