Agree wholly with you. Sharing often is a good way to relax our emotions. Whole for me, in such a case, I often choose to stand alone to bear and consume the bad mood by myself. I just believe that time would wash away everything. Shy!

When I got angry in my college life, I would do some exercise on the playground. Now, I have graduated from my univernity. When I become in low mood, I will listen some English songs that I like best. Gradually, I will feel better.
