We should be grateful if you would further amend the article along the lines suggested.  Please prepare the amended version, together with a list of changes that have been made, for further consideration.  It would also be helpful to the referees if you could respond to their comments in full in an accompanying letter.  May we also draw your attention to the attached Editorial Checklist as the issues should also be addressed when preparing for submission of your amended version.  

We would be grateful if you could separate any figures from the main body of the text and save these as separate files for uploading as part of your revised version (PDF files are not appropriate at this stage).  This will help to avoid delay in the production process if your work is accepted for publication.

Please submit the amended version by 21 Jul 2010 - go to  and log in as an Author.  You will see a menu item call 'Submission Needing Revision'.  You will find your submission record there.  Amended Papers received after undue delay may be treated as new submissions.

If you do not wish to make any modification, or are unable to amend your article by the deadline, please inform us as soon as possible.

Reviewer #1: The other parts are ok. However, the authors are required to complete how to obtain the % error in Table 3. The reference must be cited if the data source was used for the comparison (for the data for 2006-2008).



Reviewer #2: The authors have responded to the comments by the referees. I am still concerned about the written English which will require careful editing.
