hi !what u do like my little brother .He was addicted in playing games and nobody can stop him !and my family worried about him very much !but he change now !here .as time pass ,u will grow up ,u will change !do not be desperate and think of the valuable and important thing that happened to u before .u change urself gradually and divert ur attention from playing games !also ,u can make friends around u and communicant with them !please do somethings like games !u will improve !believe in urself !

I have the same feeling just like this sometimes.In this case ,studying efficiently seems like impossible  .So it's better go to relax ourselves  .After a short break,we can study more efficiently.
But if we always wanna play and pay little attention to study ,it's a better way to write a to-do-list clearly and specifically.
