水产品的干燥脱水是一种高能耗的操作,为了进一步提高水产品的干燥速度,节约能耗,本文以海参为例,对其进行了不同频率、不同处理时间的超声波预处理实验。测定了处理后海参的热风干燥速度,同时测定了预处理后海参干品的收缩率、吸水率、复水率等品质指标,并与未处理海参进行了对比。实验结果表明应用超声预处理可以明显提高海参的干燥速度,且不影响干品的品质,采用频率90 kHz的超声波预处理40 min—60 min可使海参的干燥速度提高约30%。 Drying is a kind of high energy consumption of the operation for aquatic products. In order to improve the drying qualities of sea cucumber and save energy consumption, we change ultrasonic frequencyd and pretreatment time in the experiments. We determine the hot air dtying rate, shrinkage , hydroscopic rate,rehydration rate ,and so on for the pretreatment sea cucumber. The results indicate that it can improve the drying rate of sea cucumber by the ultrasonic pretreatment, and does not affect the quality. It can the improve the drying rate of sea cucumber about 30% under the condition of the frequency for 90 kHz and the pretreatment time for 40 min—60 min. |

实验部分要用过去式,最好不要出现we等主观用语。其他的我大概改了一下,仅供参考哈!![]() Drying (& dehydration,干燥脱水貌似是两个词) of aquatic products is a process with high energy consumption. As to further increase the drying rate of aquatic products and optimize the energy efficiency, sea cucumbers (有学名吗?) were treated with different ultrasonic frequency and pretreatment time. The hot air drying rate of treated sea cucumbers was determined and, meanwhile, several quality parameters (shrinkage, hydroscopic rate, rehydration rate, etc) of samples with pretreatment were determined to compare with those of untreated samples. The results indicated that the drying rate of sea cucumbers can be improved by the ultrasonic pretreatment without affecting the quality, and while ultrasonic pretreatment was applied for 40-60 min at a frequency of 90 kHz, the drying rate could be boosted approximately 30% . |
