Waiting is also a kind of art.
But anyway, we should not wate time.
Find something to do like reading or drawing might do you good what waiting in a jam.
I have not experience any jam yet.

The same as yours--- If I am not in emergency

Run all the way to my intended destination ASAP--- If it's urgent

But....

Using bicycle contributes greatly to people's physical fitness as well as easing traffic jams.
