Try to write dairy and record your life with English every day. That's a good way to remember new words and to practice written English.

Everyone has his opinion, but maybe only one is suitable for you!
For me, reading and listening are the most commom methods to improve my English. Reading China Daily, English paper, listening English tapes, songs, and wathcing English movies, these are all things I love to do.
But now, I know this place, I can come here, read and write posts, write diaries. This is of great help with my English. And Emuch is much faster to access than the foreign websites, which is very important.

Perhaps the answer is not totally right. The answer, in my opinion, is that because you're afraid of it in your mind. You may not recognize this before. I suggest that you should learn to keep relax, optimistic and accept English in your mind gradually. Certainly you must study hard as usual. Only by doing so can you witness some prograss in your English, including speaking, listening, writing and so on. That is, you should smile to everything that occurs to you besides English. So just be confident.

if you have enough words,you will improve your english quickly.so,the first step is the words.
