I am sorry to inform you that in the present form, it will not be possible to publish the paper you have submitted to Materials Characterization. Unfortunately, all papers submitted to the journal are published in English, and the grammar must be correct. In its present form, the manuscript is too confusing and requires too much work to edit for publication. The Editor-in-Chief and the Associate Editors of the Journal are essentially a volunteer group of individuals; they are not paid employees of Elsevier, Inc. Presently, the Journal receives many more papers than can possibly be published. The function of the editors is to assess the technical quality and merit of the submissions and, if necessary, make minor changes in style and grammar. The editors do not have the time and cannot rewrite submitted papers. |
