这是编辑部给我邮件：
Dear Dr Long:
(1) Please let me know if you are the only author.
(2) If there is more than one author, I need to have the names of all the authors in the same order as they appear in the cover page.
(3) If you have previously corresponded with me, please let me have the four-digit reference number assigned by me to the paper.
(4) Kindly forward to me via email (attachment in pdf format) copy of any previous correspondence concerning this paper.

Items (1) to (4) will help me to rapidly tracking the paper in my files.
