[交流] 【学习小组】每周英语翻译学习交流——“译”览无余第二期（已出答案） 已有19人参与

外语版英语翻译学习交流板块正式启动了。欢迎虫友积极参与活动。本活动旨在提高大家英语兴趣，提高英语翻译水平，本活动每周一期，周六结束。活动初期每周日出翻译题目。鼓励原创，参加者将会得到1-10金币的奖励，网上抄袭不会得到奖励，并每周评选优秀翻译者再额外奖励！

活动宗旨：提高广大虫友的科研文章阅读能力。
活动对象：想提高自己的阅读文献能力或英语文章的能力，想提高英语水平又没有 自我约束能力的虫友。
活动时间：每周六评出优秀译者，每周日发布下一期。
学习的目的是为了应用，而应用的前提是掌握。借此平台，希望可以为大家服务，为大家提供一个练习和检验的机会，希望广大虫友踊跃参加。另外如果有什么好的建议，请及时的告诉我或者是跟帖。非常的感谢，愿我们共同进步！

Youth means a tempera-mental predominance of courage over timidity,  of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give zxczhangjj up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.（关于青春的美文）

If “synthetic cell ” technology is finished, theoretically speaking, maybe we can establish Microbial manufactories which produce microbial agentia, biofuel, microbial cleaners which even can break down pollutants and so on. For example, we can drive car without petrol, only need to make a microbe as bioenergy which is added to car and drives car.

晕了， Samual Ullman 青春一文，高中的时候曾经背诵过，英文和中文的翻译都背诵过。。。。当时是从疯狂英语上看的。

Dr. Venter called this result as "man made cell", and he pointed out  the achievement that may become a milestone project. It will create the  helpful microbes out of nothing, and open up the path for vaccines and biofuel products. In the press conference on Thursday, Dr. Veter described this changing cell, "The first time we synthetized the self-replicating species, its matrix is a computer".
