【求助】ATK在Linux下计算的结果windows下的VNl不能看【完结】 已有3人参与

如题：为什么Linux64的ATK-2008.10计算出来的结果，windows32位的VNL不能查看结果。同样的输入文件， windows下的ATK-2008.10计算出来的结果*.vnl却能查看。出错信息如下：  还有一个问题，我已经安装mpich2，用它来并行atk，使用下面的命令： mpirun -np 8 atk *.py >out & 在out文件中会穿插着出现很多错误信息： mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1089): stdin problem; if pgm is run in background, redirect from /dev/null mpiexec_cl240 (handle_stdin_input 1090): e.g.: mpiexec -n 4 a.out < /dev/null & 当使用下面的命令的时候上面的这些信息就会消失了： mpirun -np 8 atk *.py > out < /dev/null & 请问这个原因是什么？是mpich2安装的事吗？ 想请教一个还有什么方法可以解决该问题吗？ 谢谢！ [ Last edited by zhangguangping on 2010-5-23 at 10:16 ] |
