To tell her or not is nothing. but Her reaction when you you tell her is much more crucial. Usually ordinary people do not have the ability to foresee what will happen. So the apprehension is so horrifying. Consequently, most of people dare not to say anything to his female target and furthermore if somebody really does ask , most than often,he will be considered as a pervert. and the posssible answer of the girl generally is no, because in general knowledge,if a girl who would like to accept you flirt on a street may also be thought as someone like a prostitute. you can imagine the consequence, do you really want to run the risk to do such silly things?
