【求助】VASP优化结果与实验相差较大 已有5人参与

用VASP对稀土锰氧化物（空间群Pbmn）做结构优化，（全优化，ISIF=3）赝势是paw_gga，因为没有稀土的LDA。发现晶格常数变化明显较大，其中，a为3%，b为%5，c变化不明显，这个是不是不合适的？我在MS中优化也是发生这么大的变化，赝势是USPP。 这个有什么解决的办法吗？ 现在正尝试用GGA+U做优化，（可能+U后稀土离子和Mn半径会变大）。和利用状态方程拟合体积，在每一步内优化原胞形状和坐标的方法来重做下。 大家全优化后出现与实验晶格参数变化较大的多吗？我估计跟稀土锰氧化物本身难收敛有关。 |
