A process for the preparation of calcium salts（钙盐） of ketocarboxylic acids（酮酸） comprising：
一. reacting ketocarboxylic acids with an amine（胺）, to afford( 以获得） a salt, said salt（所得的盐 )  being soluble in the reaction medium,
二.  treating said salt with a source of calcium ion（钙离子） to afford the calcium salt of the ketocarboxylic acid, said salt being substantially insoluble in said reaction medium,
三. and isolating said calcium salt from the reaction medium.
