it seems anyone would function in this title either, however, someone has two meaning:
1. An unspecified or unknown person.
2. A person of importance;

So, if it was you, who was indeed in an emergency, deadly howling for some help, which word would you use, after having known that anyone acctually has the meaning of the following:
(used with a negative or a question) a person of any importance ??

Yes?
