小修后又苦等来小小修，先散点录用了再给大家红包 已有74人参与

小修后等待了5个多月，先后三次催问编辑都不回邮件，火气很大郁闷中终于迎来了第二次修改。第一次审稿中Reviewer: 3强烈推荐发表，所以第二次审稿好像编辑没有找他；Reviewer: 1看来对我的修改很满意；只有Reviewer: 2是我认为故意要卡我的那个家伙，我在参考文献中添加了他的几篇文章后，他终于给出了比较正规的Comments。 Associate Editor: *&^$ Comments to the Author: Detailed responses to each review comment should be in a separate file and the revisions should be highlighted in the returned manuscript so the changes are easily identified. There are numerous grammatical errors in the revised manuscript that must be corrected before the manuscript is acceptable for publication. Each of the figure legends contain results and discussion information that should be moved to the text of the manuscript. However there are one or two issues that need to be addressed. In general the authors need to ensure when they express concentrations as % values they state whether they are w/w or v/w. Line 112 to 117: Method of quantification for nuclear morphological changes in muscles needs to be described. Figure 1. data describing the % values needs to be included in the main body of the text rather than in the figure legend. Figure 3 and 4. what are the error bars???
