【请教】请教l-cystine 保护的Au 纳米颗粒这文章

今天读到这一文章，合成方法是这样的 Preparation of the l-Cysteine Modified Gold Nanoparticles. A typical procedure is described as follows. l-Cystine was dissolved in an aqueous solution (45 mL) of 0.1 N NaOH (5 mL). To the solution was added an aqueous solution (10 mL) of HAuCl4 (0.05 mg, 0.125 mmol). NaBH4 (50 mg, 1.3 mmol) was added dropwise during 5 min. 首先， l-Cystine 是不是溶解在5 ml NaOH中，之后再稀释到45ml 其次， HAuCl4 的量不对，0.05mg折合才1.4X10-4mM 不知道是不是我错了，总感觉奇怪。 |
