这样resubmit合适吗？

审稿两个多月，三个审稿人，有一个觉得可以接受，另外两个需要补充一个实验数据才能接受，结果是被编辑据了，但是编辑在邮件里面这样写的 The comments of the referees are enclosed for your consideration. We hope the information provided by the referees is helpful to you. However, as suggested by the referees, we would like to encourage you to prepare a new version of your manuscript and to resubmit this to the Journal if you have made a thorough revision and you are confident in convincing the referees. But for that you must do the additional experimental work asked by the reviewers. If or when you resubmit please have a detailed list (point to point) of your responses to each item of the review comments, and highlight your revised text in red in the new version of your manuscript. When you do so, please enter the original Manuscript ID in the appropriate field in the manuscript details page. 请问各位这个是编辑的客套话还是给了一定的机会啊，第一次投稿，实在摸不清状况，还有就是如果重投的话，审稿时间是不是会快一点呢？ |
