大家看下，编辑的信及审稿人的意见，觉得有戏吗？另什么时候上传修改稿比较合适呢

意见是2010年1月4号就回了，但是编辑3月11号才给我发来意见，大家看下，什么时候把修改稿上传比较合适啊。 编辑的信： Reviews have been received on your manuscript listed above which you submitted to the journal of *** for consideration. The comments of the reviewers are included at the bottom of this email. Some major revisions to your paper have been recommended prior to its reconsideration for publication. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, we would be pleased to evaluate your revised paper. I invite you to respond to these comments and revise your manuscript accordingly. Your revision is due by ****. To submit a revision, go to ****and log in as an Author. You will see a menu item called 'Submissions Needing Revision'. You will find your submission record there. Please revise your original manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer. Please highlight the changes to your manuscript within the document by using the track changes tool in MS Word OR BY USING BOLD OR COLORED TEXT SO THAT THE REVIEWER CAN EASILY ASSESS YOUR REVISED WORK. Once the revised manuscript is prepared, you can upload it and submit it through your Author Center and please delete the old versions of your files. When submitting your revised manuscript, you will be able to respond to the reviewer's comments. To expedite the review of your revised manuscript, please be specific and direct. To facilitate timely publication, your revised paper should be uploaded swiftly. If it is not possible for you to submit your revised manuscript in a reasonable amount of time, we may have to consider your revised version as a new submission. Once again, thank you for considering *** for your work and I look forward to receiving your revision. Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #1: The paper deals with an application of *******. The method has been used for years. The sole originality is in the use of *** to ***. The validity of the study is also in the "high value" of the area: ***. The introduction is too large,The authors should strongly shorten the introduction. The conclusions have to be rewritten: some suggestions are given in the edited text. Figures 4, 5, 7 and 8 have to be classified to make them more readable. The legend of Figure 9 has to be put. The paper has to be checked by a native English speaking professional. Sometimes, the improper language does not allow a clear scientific communication. I allowed myself some remarks about English expressions in the attached edited manuscript - even though I am not an English mother tongue. Please be sure that all the references cited in the manuscript are also included in the reference list and vice versa with matching spellings and dates. Please see "Instructions to Authors" on this website for the proper format for the entries in the reference list. Use very little punctuation as shown in examples in the instructions.
