Invitation to Submit an Article Dear Professor Su, I am writing to invite you to submit an article to "Mathematical Problems in Engineering," which provides a rapid forum for the dissemination of original research articles as well as review articles related to engineering research using mathematical tools. The Impact Factor of the journal has recently increased to 0.545, according to the 2008 Journal Citation Report released by Thomson Scientific (ISI).
