英文网站上都有的模板可以参照。但是我觉得应该主要要结合自身实际比较好。不然一味参照模板怎么让你老师了解你？或者让别人代写也不行！

I am —— years old, reside in ————.  my main research erea is Crop Genetics and Breeding which is mainly focus on the crop quantity of genetics and breeding. As a young, bright, energetic and confident girl/boy, I feel that the strongest asset is a ability to stick to things to get them done and it is a real sense of accomplishment when I finished a job as it is planed to be. Except that, I have lots of interests in my leisure time, such as singing,reading and cooking etc, which teach me how to join the work and rest. To summarize what I have talked above plus my personal characteristics, I am very confident in working as a team and under great pressure.
