本文讨论了有效控制二极管泵浦固体激光器晶体工作温度的方法。目前,从理论上探索了一种新型的散热体—微通道热沉。文中将微通道散热理论应用到激光器晶体上,针对二极管泵浦固体激光器散热的要求,并且考虑到二极管泵浦固体激光器晶体的形状为圆柱形,设计了一种固体激光器冷却器的微通道结构——串接扇形喷射式微通道固体激光器冷却结构。
该微通道的设计是在本文结构条件下、晶体内部空间分布、泵浦源的泵浦光按高斯分布、泵浦功率为10w、采用Nd:YAG晶体、晶体外侧由和本文设计的微通道热沉紧贴,并且假定在所有接触点晶体外侧温度和热沉内侧温度相等、整体表面上为非均匀等条件下进行的。对于端面泵浦激光器,泵浦源通过侧面进行散热。为了提高光束质量,可取较小的半径,但同时造成了要在小的面积进行高热耗散热。于是,就要进行高散热密度问题的研究。在此结构中,晶体表面积较小。那么也就意味着微通道热沉接触面很小。而在小接触面上实现有效的微通道散热是一个技术难题。本文提出了一个合适的结构——能有效实现小散热面积的微通道结构。
这种设计方案可以避免由于焊接使晶体因温度过高而导致崩裂的问题。同时,微通道热沉又能够带走激光晶体的大部分热量。理论分析证明该器件既实现了有效散热,又降低了工艺难度,提高了对激光晶体温度的控制效率。

这是第一段:In this paper, we discussed a method of controling the working temperature of the diode pumped solid laser crystal. At present, we explores a new kind of heat sink--microchannel heat sink. In order to the heat dissipation of the diode pumped solid laser crystal, and its cylindrical shape, we applied the heat theory of microchannel to laser crystal, and designed a microchannel structure of solid state laser cooler-- a combination of fan-shaped jet microchannels solid laser cooling structure.
The microchannel is designed in these conditions,such as: the interior spatial distribution of crystal、pump sources are used by Gaussian distribution、pump power for 10w、the crystals of Nd:YAG、the outside of the crystal was connected with the microchannel heat sink in this paper,and the temperature of all the connect points which are distributed on the outside of the crystal and the interior of the heat sink are equal、and the whole surface are not,etc.
