copyright form中应该写第一作者，通讯作者还是全部作者？

刚投了Chromatographia这个杂志，它要求在投稿时就把copyright form填好后发过去。但不知道这个该怎么填写，请了解的虫子帮忙解释一下，感激不尽。 这个里面的作者应该写什么作者啊？第一作者、通讯作者还是全部作者？（网站上没有找到相关的说明） 下面是copyright form的内容： CHROMATOGRAPHIA An International Journal for Rapid Communication in Chromatography, Electrophoresis, and Associated Techniques Copyright Form Paper Number: Corresponding Author: FAX +49 611 7878 439 E-Mail: chromatographia@vieweg.de CHROMATOGRAPHIA Editorial Office Vieweg-Publishing PO Box 1546 65173 Wiesbaden Germany To whom it may concern: Undersigned as the senior author of the manuscript entitled .................................................................................................................. which we submitted to the Editors and Publisher of CHROMATOGRAPHIA state that the manuscript represents original work and all authors have been informed of the full content of the paper at the time of submission.
