Dear Dr. *,

I am pleased to inform you that your manuscript, CAM****, "****" has been accepted for publication in Computers and Mathematics with Applications.

1. Our office is in need of digital versions of your manuscript in the following formats: Tex, AmsTex, LaTex or Microsoft Word AND PDF. To expedite the process and avoid any confusion, please name the attachment(s) the same as your manuscript number (CAM**Revision2.tex OR CAM**Revision2.doc AND CAM**Revision2.pdf).
                              
2.  Digital files for your figure(s) is required for publication.  Each figure MUST be in an individual file and labeled according to its appearance in the manuscript (Fig. 1.eps, Fig. 2.eps, etc).
**Postscript or Encapsulated Postscript formats are the ONLY acceptable digital figure formats**

3. References MUST be presented  in numerical order of appearance and in a numerical style, quoted in the text in square brackets, i.e., [1], [2], [3], [4], or [5, p. 51], and grouped together at the end of the paper.  If not previously done, please renumber the references to follow our policy guidelines.



Note that we are unable to proceed with the processing of your manuscript until we hear from you on the above-mentioned matters.
