Michael加成,即负碳离子的共枙加成反应。有a,b-不饱和键的醛、酮、酯、腈、硝基、砜类化合物与亲核性负碳离子进行的1,4-加成。用催化量的有机强碱形成负碳离子,是热力学控制的反应。
Mechanism
The 1,4-addition (or conjugate addition) of resonance-stabilized carbanions. The Michael Addition is thermodynamically controlled; the reaction donors are strong carbon acids such as malonates and nitroalkanes, and the acceptors are activated olefins such as α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds.
