long time no read the papers, but you can try
E.J.M. Hensen, Q. Zhu, R.A. van Santen, Selective oxidation of benzene to phenol with nitrous oxide over MFI zeolites. 2. On the effect on the iron and aluminum content and the preparation route, J. Catal., 233(1), 136-146, (2005)
E.J.M. Hensen, Q. Zhu, R.A.J. Janssen, P.C.M.M. Magusin, P.J. Kooyman, R.A. van Santen, Selective oxidation of benzene to phenol with nitrous oxide over MFI zeolites: 1. On the role of iron and aluminium, J. Catal., 233(1), 123-135, (2005)
E.J.M. Hensen, Q. Zhu, R.A. van Santen, Extraframework Fe-Al-O species occluded in MFI zeolite as the active species in the oxidation of benzene to phenol with nitrous oxide, J. Catal., 220(2), 260-264, (2003)
To my knowledge, Chemical vapor deposition is the most effecient method to introduce Fe into the micropores of the MFI zeolites, but the formation of Fe oxides are hardly avoided, particularly in the calcination step. Other methods end up with the majority of the hematite in the external surface of MFI zeolites. There are tons of papers in the field of Fe/ZSM-5 after the paper of Chen haiying and Sachtler in 1997. |
