其实你要是说再等几个月，一定可以录用的，我的投稿时间和你一样，07年7月投的，等到09年8月说 没有审稿人回，让我选择是退还是等，我说再等几个月。到了9月27号，收到一个审稿人意见，让先修改再审稿，我修了一天就回过去，几个小时后就 ACCEPT了。估计编辑都不好意思了。
