[交流] 【求助】什么方法可以保证薄片样品表面严格平行于基底底座

在单晶硅片上长了薄膜，想进行XRD测试
硅片需要固定在塑料底座上（中间是凹陷的，样品就粘在凹陷处），塑料底座外边缘是严格平行的。
现在问题是：怎么才能保证硅片表面严格平行于塑料底座外边缘（误差小于0.5度）？是整个平面平行。
可以拉两条绷紧的线让表面紧贴着线，但硅片大小只有2cm，不好观察是不是严格贴着线。诸位有没有更好的方法？谢了

place your sample onto the center of a piece of adhesive  tape, and then place it on your plastic sample holder with the outer edge of the tape gluing on the golder surface.

I don't know if I have understood your method well, but the problem is when you remove the tape away , it will cause disturb to the "good" alignment.  

I prefer to use opticle method to check it is parallele or not, because I have a microscope. but it seems not feasible...

I don't know if I have understood your method well, but the pro ...

i can not see why the tape has to be removed. Generally, a XRD machine itself is able to perform required alignment for measurements. anyway:

you can put some plasticine between your sample and sample holder and then use a piece of flat glass to press the sample all the way down to the holder surface.

用橡皮泥把你的样品先大致固定在载物台上。然后用一快平的玻璃压住样品直到和样品台相接触。
