【讨论】原子力显微镜和粗糙因子

请问大家原子力显微镜（AFM）能得出粗糙因子（roughness factor)吗？粗糙因子的定义是单位面积上的真实面积和投射面积之比。 AFM好像只能得到平均表面粗糙度（average surface roughness, Ra)和root-mean-square roughness (Rrms)这些信息吧？ 最近碰到审稿人提出以下关于浸润性问题：The authors should show the roughness factor (r) in Wensel's equation. The factor r is defined as the ratio of the actual area of a rough surface to the geometric projected area, and this factor is easily measured by AFM analysis. 请大家帮忙支招，有奖励。 |
