昨天收到编辑的邮件，我是不是被拒的不能再投这个期刊了？

呵呵 谢谢各位 我会努力好好大修一番 争取投个更好的 投上了再散币币 感谢 投稿两个月，昨天终于收到编辑的邮件，我是不是被拒的不能再投这个期刊了？要是我按审稿人要求修改一下是不是就可以再投？见别人投的有大修，小修，俺的是不是属于被拒了那种？请各位高手指点初投文章的偶。不甚感激啊！！！ 以下是编辑和审稿人的除涉及文章具体内容的部分意见，我除了好好改内容外还要注意什么，有谁比较明白编辑和审稿人的意见。请多指点！ Dear Prof. *, Thank you for submitting your above-mentioned paper to the **. The evaluation procedure of your contribution is now finished. I regret to have to inform you that, in view of the comments of the referees, we cannot accept your manuscript for publication in this form. The problems in the magnetic studies should be completely solved and the presentation should be made as clear as possible. Please find below the statements of the referees. I am sorry disappoint you, but trust that you will understand our decision. Referee 1: IMPORTANCE: C less important DATA OBTAINED VERIFY HYPOTHESIS AND CONCLUSIONS: No APPROPRIATE LENGTH: B too long OTHER JOURNAL: RECOMMEND ACCEPTANCE: D Acceptance not recommended COMMENTS: ****** Based on the above, I cannot suggest acceptance of this paper. The authors should rework their manuscript's presentation and the treatment of the magnetic data, before resubmitting their work. Resubmission to ** is not precluded, since there are some interesting points in this work. However, whether the manuscript will be suitable for **, will heavily depend on its final quality, after all of the above issues have been addressed.
