Using 0.1-micron pore size ceramic membrane concentrated fruit glue, we have considered  the effect of operation time, feed concentration, and operation temperature on the filtration flux and analyzed the conditions of stability and flux variation. Our studies have shown that the membrane flux stabalizes aftercontinuesly running 1 h.  With membrane surface pressure (△ P) of 0.08MPa, feed concentration (CBR) of 0.5%, temperature at 55 ℃, the stability of flux can be maintained at 145Lh-1m-2.
