是不是我选的文章投稿类型不对呀，投稿的时候选的是（INTERDISCIPLINARY AND GENERAL PHYSICS），而我查过以前的文章，跟我一个研究领域而且主题内容差不多的文章也接收了（2007年的文章），不过别人是投的“Device Physics”。这种情况下，如果我修改一下后改投“Device Physics”,会碰到同一个编辑吗？
