听力一定要坚持听，我听力基础比较差，考托业的时候强化了一个月，感觉进步很明显，很有成就感。不过最近没有听了，又没什么感觉了，惭愧一下先。
我也觉得基础比较差的话，先听比较容易的比较好，一定要精听，总是泛泛的听，没有实质的进步！

good suggestion.
one question, read bbc news every day, it is really difficult and take time. Could you tell how you do it insistenly? Do we have so much time to use in english study, after all,  I am not a english major student.

If you just read english news, I think you will be out of date soon, since we can't recevive enough useful information due to the low efficiency of reading english news.
so if we are english major students, that is ok. we can read english news as more as we can. The fact is we have our own majors. what we need put more attention on is make effors to enhence our ability related to the major.
Yes, enlgish is really important, while it should not be as important as our major. after all, we need make living through our major rather than english.
You are right, we need find more spare time to read, listen to and speak more english. here, I want to emphasize that english study isn't all in our life. we should do more meaningful things in our lives. is it right?
