航天电磁继电器一般被认为是航天型号中一种最不可靠的电子元器件,在整机可靠性设计中,已被列为建议不用或少用的元件。但是,航天电磁继电器在控制电路中有独特的电气、物理特性,具有转换深度高、输入输出比大、抗干扰能力强等一系列固体电子器件所不能替代的优点,因此广泛应用于国防及民用自动控制系统中完成信号传递、执行控制、系统配电、电路隔离、电压或负载转换等功能。随着空间战略的推进,卫星型号、载人航天、探月工程等对继电器可靠性的要求不断提高,因此研究航天电磁继电器的可靠性容差设计技术,对于提高继电器乃至整个航天电子控制系统的可靠性都具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 对于电磁继电器可靠性设计的研究,目前尚未形成系统的理论和方法。人们或是单独针对继电器的接触系统或电磁系统,或是仅根据继电器的静态特性配合关系而进行研究,或是结合实际生产经验而从结构、工艺、材料等角度给出一些定性化的结论。本文在综合分析国内外相关领域研究现状的基础上,针对当前航天电磁继电器可靠性设计中所存在的问题,基于动态特性的计算及验证,通过对关键设计参数波动影响分析、可靠性容差设计理论建模、容差自动分配技术等的深入研究,从而形成了较为完善的航天电磁继电器可靠性设计及优化理论体系。 有一些专业词汇要是不知道怎么译可以空着,但需要将句式给出。 |

However, space electromagnetic relay in control circuit has many advantages such as unique electrical, physical properties, high depth of conversion, high ratio of input-output, anti-interference ability, etc. It cannot be replaced by series of solid state electronic devices. Hence, it is widely used in national defense and Automatic Control System of Civil signaling to complete many functions such as signal transmission, implementation of control, power distribution in system, circuit isolation, voltage conversion, or load, etc. With the advancement of space strategy, its reliability will be improved continually to meet development of Satellite models, manned spaceflight, lunar exploration program. Consequently, study on reliability tolerance of space electromagnetic relay shows significant to improve relay and reliability of electronic control systems in the whole space.
