I have read through your manuscript, which you submitted to Journal of Mathematical Biology.

JMB strives to publish papers that generate new mathematical results and apply these results to provide new biological insights.  This paper is missing the connection to the biology.  What are the biological questions?  How are these translated into mathematical equations?  How are the mathematical results then translated back into new insight regarding the biology?
