[交流] 文章接收后再添加作者的经验已有8人参与

一篇文章被一个影响力小的期刊接收了，在proof Check时加了个作者，原因是argument阶段，一个本科生编了一个小程序来统计原来的结果，想把他加进去，当时忘了，不想惹出一场风波来。首先是Journal Manager给处理这篇文章的editor发email问是否许可，并转发给我，这时我才发现是一件不那么随意的事情。然后Editor发信问我，态度自然好不到那里去，内容如下：

Dear author,

I received an e-mail from Journal Manager of Physica B that you are wishing to add an extra author to the paper xxxxx.
This is a serious problem because the paper is already accepted for publication.
So, I ask you,

Why do you want to add an extra author?
Why did you eliminate this person when you submitted the paper?

If the reasons are convincing, we accept adding the extra author in your paper.
Please respond to me in a couple of days.

这是我才发现麻烦来了，就赶紧抗辩如下

Dear xxxxx,

Thank you very much for your emails.

X.X is a new member of my group and contributed much in the revised version of this proof. After we received the referee's comments, she made the program to calculate the xxxxxxx and used it to analyze the results we obtained before. Without her program and analysis, we could not finish the revised version in several days. In fact, she also made the programs to calculate xxxxxx, and so on. These results did not shown in this proof and will be published in another paper. When I re-submitted the revised version, I forgot to change the authors' list.

Would you please to give us a chance to add X.X as a new author in this proof? If you give us this chance, we will be grateful.

最后编辑看明白了，也过了这一关。

这大概是一件损人品的事情，其实那个本科生的名字挂也好，不挂也好，对他对我影响不是特别大，也许她可以得个优秀毕业论文啥的。。。不过既然说加了，就只好硬着头皮往上上加。以后这事再也不能干了。。。

经验和教训是：作者署名是很严肃的事情，投稿过程包括再投稿过程还好办，接收后基本上就不要变了，不要想在proof阶段还有机会改。
