We shall introduce how molecular models for simulating the polymer dynamics and the flow rheology in various polymer systems (i.e., polymer chain with a flexible, semi-flexible, or rigid backbone in a dilute, semi-dilute, or concentrated system) may be established on the basis of statistical mechanics.
