请教一个问题

| 文献上看到这样一段话：Samples from the continuous-flow reactor were transferred into 70-ml serum bottles and incubated in a water bath at 80°C for 30 min. Then the cultures were incubated at 29°C。我想请问为什么样品从升流式反映器中取出时要在80°C下水浴30min。反应器运行温度是29°C，在80°C下水浴里面的菌能受得了吗 |
