Postdoctoral positions are available at the University of Virginia to develop genetically encoded imaging tools

The Ai laboratory (https://med.virginia.edu/ai-lab/) uses interdisciplinary approaches in chemistry, engineering, biophysics, and physiology to study and manipulate complex biological systems, with a focus on the development of novel molecular biosensors to peer into cells and brains to understand their communications.

A postdoc position is currently available. We hope to identify candidates with strong training in molecular and cell biology. Essential skills are: molecular cloning, gene library construction and screening, and bacterial and mammalian cell culture. Preferred skills are: electrophysiology, viral engineering, phage display, yeast surface display, fluorescent proteins, genetic code expansion, gene editing, or directed protein/enzyme/antibody evolution.

To apply, please send a cover letter (including a short statement of research interest and how you fit our research program), CV (including a publication list), and contact information for three references to Dr. Ai (huiwang.ai@virginia.edu). 还有博士后的职位。希望有分子生物，细胞生物，和神经生物特长的同学申请。
不是在重复贴相同的信息，也不是说完全找不到人。
前几个月已经发了3个offer 了，但是临时有人因为其他原因来不了。
