论文题目这样写行不行？？？？

| 小弟投一篇论文，论文原题目“An experimental study of the pre-desliming branch flotation process of fine coal slime”无情被拒，让重新写Change the title of your paper AS SUGGESTED.后经过三分钟的思索，改成了这个“Application of a small cone hydrocyclone on fine coal pre-deslimg flotation”不知这个可否？？？？ |
