[交流] Open my mouth to speak English

How I wish to improve my oral English!
Now I am working in a foreign company, English is usually our communication language.
But my oral English is poor as I nearly have no chance to use it in my previous job. So I feel afraid and nervous to speak English now.
I always feel that I forget all  words when I must to speak English. Once an English call comes in, I get nervous and worry I can't understand what  they say. That's a big problem, I need to over come it.
Last Friday, an English call came in, a girl wanted to speak to me, I didn't know who she was, and why she called for me, I asked her but I cann't understand what she said, she always asked my information, such as my position, my company name、my leader's name 、my leader's email and other informations, I was nervous that I answered them all.I didn't know who she was or what company she worked until she hung up. Actually, I always  thought this call was from our America company.I felt  depressed and unhappy. After this call, my colleague told me he had also received this call, it maybe from a training institution and she wanted to register our information, just like the sales call in China. I regreted to tell her my leader's information, but all were late.
   I really want to improve my spoken English quickly, I wish I can make a friend who can communicate in English.(I fact, I met a foreigner learning Chinese in the subway today, I picked up my courage to speak to her, I said:"Excuse me, are you learning Chinese?" She said:"Yes" That's all! I didn't know waht to say next. I want to add her wechat, but she got off before I made this request. What a pity! In the final analysis, I dare not to say! )

   Please open your mouth to speak English,OK?!!!
