Cell Product Design
Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above, major in material chemistry, at least 5 years of working experience in the same industry.
Familiar with cell product design and team management experience, skillful use of engineering methods 6sigma DOE FEMA and other else
Can be independently responsible for the customer to complete the project, and have the ability of data analysis and problem solving.
Have good logical thinking and fluency in English, have certain compression ability
Responsibilities：
According to the customer's request design the Cell, develop or evaluate materials according to cell product project.
Paying attention to customer needs and handling customer technical problems in time, improving customer satisfaction.


Advanced Product Development
Requirements：
Ph.D. degree in Material science, ,materials chemistry, Solid-state physics or Electrochemistry
Master the principle of lithium-ion battery, and material related theoretical knowledge
Familiar with the material synthesis technology such as solid phase method, liquid phase method and gas phase method
Familiar with the knowledge of electrochemistry, can use electrochemical method to characterize the material
Responsibilities：
To decide CE cell product roadmap & product platform planning according to marketing and customer’s requirement
According to product roadmap, drive other functional teams such as material & process development team to organize the material and process roadmap, plan the future technology
Following product platform development procedure, to organize cross-function team, realize platform development including: concept, planning, development, verification, trial run and publication.
