| Bin Chen这么处理是有些令人费解，下次当面问问他，呵呵。没有给出（足够）有说服力的退稿理由，就是让改投另外一个刊，真是醉了。如果审稿意见就是你帖出来的这么positive 的话。但是换句话来说，他既然这么说了，你申诉也没有多少用，这就是江湖，编辑说了算。估计这刊比较牛，不差稿吧 |
