[交流] 美国伊利诺伊香槟分校程建军教授招博士后

Prof. Jianjun Cheng’s research group at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign https://cheng.matse.illinois.edu/ has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral scientist with PhD training in sugar synthesis and chemical biology. The goal of the research is to identify the effects of small molecule sugar derivatives for in vitro and in vivo cell labeling. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, sugar derivative design, synthesis and purification. Knowledge and experience of basic techniques in molecular and cell biology, cell culture and in vivo experience are preferred. Candidates are expected to handle this project independently, which includes planning and execution of experiments, summarizing results, and drafting a manuscript.
