MBBR的填料沉底严重 已有9人参与

大神们，你们好。我们污水处理站的工艺是微电解+气浮+UASB+MBBR+厌氧+接触氧化池的工艺。不知道具体原因，mbbr的填料上的泥特别多，然后沉到池底，导致现在填料几乎不悬浮以及溶解氧极低。想请问大神们怎么解决？？？目前公司让我们治标，就是想办法挖出来清洗之后再放回池子。在一定程度上能解决沉底和溶解氧低的问题，但是就需要再次培菌了。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |

what kind of carriers are you using now? There should not be some sedimentation since the density of the carriers is normally similar to or slightly smaller than the water. From my understanding, the sedimentation could be a result of too high inorganic in the biofilm, I guess that your carriers are sticked to each other now. To solve this problem, you can improve the mixing speed, give more shear force to the carriers at this moment. It is also smart to check the aeration facilities, make sure there is no clogging in the distributors. It is not necessary to empty the system and clean them again. Just improve the air distribution and the mixture in the system. |
