[求助] 外文投稿返修格式意见，求助已有1人参与

1. Please remove the title page from the main document (the main document must have no identifying information on it).
2. Please remove extra pages before and after the abstract.
3. Please remove the extra space between paragraphs. Currently spacing between paragraphs is at 8 pt, it needs to be 0 pt.
4. Please align the text of the main document to the left. It is currently aligned as "justified."
5. Please change the running head so that it is Times New Roman, 12 pt font, black, and in all caps (e.g. RUNNING HEAD).
6. References should start on their own page and must also by Times New Roman, 12 pt font, and black.
如上是返修格式意见，不过3,4不太懂。
然后想咨询各位，我这个文章光格式意见改了不下三次了~~~头大的很，咋整

In word, select all the document then "paragraph", then in the pop-up window modify "spacing after and before' and line spacing.
