投的时候太心急，悲剧也不意外了。 Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #1: In this study, the authors evaluate the simultaneous adsorption of multiple components (dye + metal ion) on high surface area adsorbents prepared from banana peels, a waste biomaterial. Extensive experiments were performed to (a) characterize the adsorbents, (b) evaluate the kinetics, isotherms and thermodynamics of adsorption, and (c) determine the mechanism of adsorption of species on the adsorbent. The manuscript can be published in Bioresource Technology after the following comments are addressed completely. The authors should subject the manuscript to through English check before the next submission, as there are many mistakes throughout the manuscript. Consistency should be maintained in the notation for banana peel (BP or PB??). Moreover, the abbreviations, BPCA and BPCAO should be clearly defined in the manuscript. Continuous line numbers should have been included in the manuscript. Repeatability of the dye/metal ion adsorption experiments (in terms of standard deviation), and preparation of the adsorbents should be mentioned clearly. Specific surface area of the adsorbents should be mentioned in the main manuscript, not in supplementary data. As the procedure involves multiple chemical treatment steps, it is important to know the yield of the final BPCAO material starting from 1 kg of banana peel. I other words, a mass balance closure on every step of the process can provide some insights on the typical yield of BPCAO material. In page 3, para 2, line 2: … Our consumption of incomputable bananas….. What do you mean by incomputable?? The sentence should be modified. Section 2.4, line 4: avoid the use of words like "…stuffs…" Section 2.4, line 5: Consider modifying the sentence. The present sentence construction is nor proper. Section 3.1, line 3: Use "crushed" instead of "crashed" In page 12, the authors should mention how the adsorption isotherm parameters were evaluated. Linear fit or non-linear fit?? In page 14, line 4, the usage of willn't should be avoided. Reviewer # 3 This paper was written very poorly. The paper contains numerous English and Editorial errors and the writing did not meet the journal quality and standard. The presented results are nothing new or novel that needs publication. The writing is very convoluted and redundant in many places and it is hard to follow. The paper lacks replication, statistical analysis of data for significance, and standard deviation in figures. This paper is not yet ready of publication in BITE. 顺便问一下statistical analysis of data for significance啥意思呀？  |

确实不知道，参考这个期刊很多吸附的文章甚至连error bar都没有（我文章里面是有sd的，第二个人这个说错了），现在我还是不知道这个显著性分析具体怎么做 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
